KEY CONCLUSION
No Island County case exists yet for any of the three perpetrators. Every hit below is in another county (King, Everett, Okanogan, Lincoln, Whatcom, Skagit, Grays Harbor, Thurston) and/or historical, and several are likely different individuals sharing the name. This is consistent with the matter still being at the investigation stage (Island County Sheriff case #26-I10572) and the LAR pending with the Prosecutor — i.e., no criminal charges filed and no quiet-title action docketed in Island County Superior Court yet. Securing "court documents" therefore means (a) capturing these background records now, and (b) MONITORING Island County Superior/District Court for new filings, while the substantive records currently live with the Sheriff, Prosecutor, Auditor, and title company.
